Upon arriving at Kells Bay House, the tranquility of the setting instantly set the tone for our stay. The unique mix of old-world decor and modern amenities in the Garden Room provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the rugged beauty of the Ring of Kerry. The Thai cuisine at Sala Thai was a delightful surprise, offering a fusion of flavors that transported us to distant lands while overlooking the serene Dingle Bay.The intimate ambiance of the restaurant lent itself well to striking up conversations with fellow guests, adding a communal aspect to our dining experience. The menu, exclusively Thai, may not cater to all tastes, but the culinary innovation and delicious dishes left us eager for each meal. From the freshly baked bread at breakfast to the scrumptious Thai omelettes, the food offerings were a highlight of our stay.The staff's attentiveness and the secluded gardens on the property further elevated our experience. Being a landscape photographer, I found myself captivated by the beauty of the gardens, offering a different perspective on the natural wonders of Ireland. Kells Bay House provided a gourmet getaway that satisfied not just our taste buds but also our longing for a unique and memorable retreat.
